Hunger is not something to be feared as we might have learned, but is a useful tool we can once again learn to rely on to help us to confidently fuel. We also address other important topics including wearing clothes that fit your body now, building gratitude towards what your body does and can do for you and celebrate strength, not size.

Quiet the Inner Critic

Learn to recognize, identify, question and separate from your inner critic-the voice(s) inside your head that tell you that you are not good enough,  should try harder, or eat less, that are not correct and are not your own. Learn mindset tools to replace shame with self-trust. Practice self-compassion rather than rigidity and control in order to actually gain control over your life.

Move step by step towards a positive mindset and practical steps for fueling all workouts, busy days, motherhood, careers — all the ways you move and want/need to fuel (and feel) your best.
